향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈는 요구르트와 사워크림 같은 젖산 계열의 향이 먼저 두드러져 이례적인 출발을 보인다. 젖은 종이와 양모, 상추와 아스파라거스까지 이어지며 호불호가 갈릴 방향으로 발전한다. 58.8도의 팰럿은 향과 달리 과실 쪽으로 돌아서 말린 과일과 잘 익은 키위, 귤이 명확하게 드러난다. 물을 더하면 금귤과 모과, 훈제 차가 올라와 균형이 단단해진다. 15년 호그스헤드 숙성의 피니시는 훈연이 곱게 깔리며 길게 이어진다.

fruitier now, powerful but round. Dried fruits, ripe kiwis (or fructose), tangerines. Beautiful smokiness. Again, completely different. With water: it got a little more classic now. Kumquats and quinces. Not too much peat. Smoked tea. In case you’re wondering I think this is brilliant but again, it'll be hit or miss with all aficionados. 90 points.
