노즈에서는 재와 미네랄이 앞서고 훈제 햄과 레몬즙, 화이트 초콜릿이 순서대로 명확하게 드러난다. 물을 더하면 젖은 건초와 양모, 죽 같은 거친 단서가 살아나 야생적인 방향으로 발전한다. 54.7도의 팰럿은 크고 또렷하며 레몬과 피트가 정면으로 부딪힌다. 25년 호그스헤드 숙성이 만든 수지 같은 질감이 구조감을 받친다. 피니시는 길고 아몬드와 모과, 레몬 마멀레이드가 겹쳐진다.
