완숙한 금빛이 잔 속에서 은은하게 빛난다. 1984년 증류해 25년을 보낸 이 위스키는 유채기름과 마지팬의 부드러움 위에 조개와 홍합의 짠 내를 얹는다. 피트는 나이를 먹으며 날을 잃고 박하 담배의 서늘한 연기만 남겼다. 43.1도의 입안은 훈연한 만사니야 셰리를 연상시킬 만큼 가볍고 짜다. 몸집을 앞세우지 않는 대신 결이 곱다. 여운은 정어리와 바다 소금의 맛으로 짧지만 맑게 마무리된다.
