향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
잔을 세게 흔들면 향이 대뜸 젖산 쪽으로 튄다. 코를 가져가면 요구르트와 사워크림, 젖은 양모가 먼저 오고 상추와 아스파라거스 같은 풋내가 뒤엉켜 쿨일라치고 몹시 낯설다. 한 모금 머금으면 인상이 뒤집혀 말린 과일과 잘 익은 키위, 귤이 둥글게 퍼지고 연기가 그 위를 감싼다. 물을 더하면 금귤과 모과, 훈연 홍차 쪽으로 정돈된다. 58.3도의 힘이 끝까지 흐트러지지 않는다.

fruitier now, powerful but round. Dried fruits, ripe kiwis (or fructose), tangerines. Beautiful smokiness. Again, completely different. With water: it got a little more classic now. Kumquats and quinces. Not too much peat. Smoked tea. In case you’re wondering I think this is brilliant but again, it'll be hit or miss with all aficionados. 90 points.
