테이스팅 노트
옅은 금빛이 잔 안에서 맑고 차갑게 빛난다. 1983년에 증류해 31년을 보낸 카올 일라는 오랜 숙성이 피트를 부드럽게 길들여 잘 익은 배와 레몬 위로 은은한 해변의 훈연을 얹는다. 58.7도의 도수가 입안에서는 보리 단맛과 소금기, 가벼운 약재 향으로 또렷한 구조를 이룬다. 세월이 다듬은 미네랄 같은 스모크와 시트러스의 여운이 깊게 머물며 아일라의 절제된 우아함을 길게 드러낸다.
