잔을 채운 옅은 금빛이 오랜 잠에서 막 깨어난 듯 은은하다. 1983년 증류해 28년을 보낸 이 위스키는 신선한 버터와 헤이즐넛의 고소함으로 문을 연다. 그 뒤로 송진 같은 소금기와 잿가루가 조용히 배어들지만 어디에도 날이 서 있지 않다. 46도의 입안에서는 레몬과 자몽의 산미가 사과의 새콤함과 손을 잡고, 훈제 생선의 기름진 여운이 뒤따른다. 마지막에는 소금 뿌린 자몽의 맛이 길게 남는다.
