테이스팅 노트
노즈를 여는 것은 오랜 숙성에서 온 짙은 캐러멜과 바닐라, 잘 익은 오크 향이다. 켄터키 번하임 증류소 원액을 20년 묵힌 이 버번은 45도라는 절제된 도수에서 부드럽고 균형 잡힌 향을 보여준다. 팰럿에서는 토피와 구운 견과류, 시나몬 향신료가 분명하게 드러나며 오랜 오크 접촉에서 온 탄닌이 구조를 잡는다. 피니시는 마른 떡갈나무와 다크 토피가 길게 이어진다. 20년이라는 시간이 빚은 구조감이 인상적인 올드 버번이다.
