향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
퍼스트필 버번 캐스크가 짧은 5년에도 해리스 섬 히어럭의 어린 스피릿에 선명한 바닐라와 시트러스를 빠르게 새겼다. 향은 바닐라 크림과 레몬 껍질, 옅은 풀잎이 산뜻하게 솟는다. 58도의 입안에서는 꿀과 노란 사과, 가벼운 후추가 두꺼운 질감으로 흐르며 퍼스트필 오크의 또렷한 단맛이 어린 곡물 향을 받친다. 섬의 해풍이 결을 깔끔하게 죈다. 옅은 황금빛 뒤로 여운은 바닐라와 시트러스가 길게 남는다.
