잔을 크게 돌린 뒤 향을 받으면 커피와 프랄린의 고소한 단내가 먼저 다가오고 보이차와 레몬 껍질이 뒤를 잇는다. 물을 몇 방울 더하면 배와 사과 귤 같은 과실이 열리고 젖은 건초의 냄새가 배경에 깔린다. 한 모금을 머금으면 토피와 바닐라 퍼지의 단맛이 혀를 감싼 뒤 이탄과 후추 레몬이 차례로 등장한다. 삼키면 소금과 감초가 농장 냄새와 함께 길게 남는다. 1995년 원액을 호그스헤드에서 26년 지킨 58도의 보틀링이다.
