잔을 흔든 뒤 코를 가져가면 20년이 남긴 바닐라와 밀랍 그리고 아몬드 기름의 향이 겹겹이 올라온다. 그 사이로 뱅 존과 피노 셰리 같은 마른 견과의 뉘앙스가 스친다. 한 모금을 머금으면 54.4도가 혀를 뜨겁게 조이며 라임즙과 녹차 풋고추의 날카로움이 이어진다. 물을 더해 다시 삼키면 페퍼민트와 바닷물 훈제 청어가 열린다. 마지막에는 짠맛과 약재 같은 기운이 사이다 사과의 껄끄러움과 함께 남는다.
