테이스팅 노트
노즈는 풀과 요오드가 전면에 나서고 젖은 모직 옷과 날카로운 레몬즙이 그 뒤를 잇는다. 20년을 보냈지만 오크의 흔적은 거의 읽히지 않고 스피릿이 그대로 남아 있다. 팰럿은 57.3도의 힘으로 레몬과 산도 높은 과일, 루바브, 덜 익은 자몽을 차례로 밀어 넣으며 예리하게 갈라진다. 피니시는 길고 군더더기 없이 곧게 이어진다. 화이트 와인빛의 이 보틀링은 셰리 개입이 없는 순수한 카올 일라다.

cuts you in halves before you even notice. If it’s a blade, it’s a katana. Huge lemon, plus other acid fruits, rhubarb again and again, barely ripe grapefruit... But a butt? If it was a butt indeed, they last used it for sherry whilst the invincible armada hadn’t even set sail yet. With water: superb ultra-sharp profile, totally blade-y. Smoked lemon juice
