향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
작은 병에서 잔으로 옮겨 담고 가볍게 흔들면 화이트 와인 같은 옅은 색이 돈다. 코를 대면 고둥과 밀랍 해바라기유의 냄새가 조용히 올라오고 이탄은 아주 얌전하다. 한 모금을 머금으면 분위기가 달라져 그린 올리브의 짠맛과 흰 후추가 곧장 앞으로 나서고 훈제 청어의 기름진 여운이 따라붙는다. 삼킨 뒤에는 소금기가 예상보다 오래 이어진다. 1994년 원액을 호그스헤드에서 8년 재운 미니어처 보틀링으로 어린 나이에도 결이 곱다.
