향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈는 오랜 병 숙성을 거친 것치고 신선하며 골뱅이와 아몬드, 양초 밀랍이 순서대로 명확하게 드러난다. 이탄은 절제되어 있고 옅은 소금물 기운이 배경을 채운다. 팰럿은 훨씬 활발해 그린 올리브에서 시작해 기름 냄새와 흰 후추로 발전하며 훈제 청어 뉘앙스가 남는다. 피니시는 길고 짜며 후추와 옅은 니스 향이 이어진다. 화이트 와인빛 43도의 이 위스키는 낮은 도수를 약점으로 만들지 않는다.
