향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
잔을 흔들면 화이트 와인처럼 옅은 빛이 돌고 향은 서두르지 않는다. 코를 가져가면 고둥과 아몬드 양초 밀랍의 냄새가 순서대로 열리고 이탄은 아주 절제되어 있다. 한 모금을 머금는 순간 인상이 확 바뀌어 그린 올리브의 짠맛과 배 기름 같은 기름진 기운 그리고 흰 후추가 연달아 올라온다. 삼킨 뒤에는 소금기와 후추가 예상보다 길게 남고 옅은 니스 향이 스친다. 1994년 원액의 43도라는 도수가 결코 약하게 느껴지지 않는다.
