테이스팅 노트
잔을 가볍게 돌리면 옅은 황금빛이 잔 안쪽에 잠겨 있다. 잔에 코를 가까이 대면 스카이 섬 토라베이그 증류소답게 가벼운 피트 스모크와 첫번째 충진 아메리칸 스탠다드 배럴의 바닐라 향이 함께 마중한다. 한 모금을 머금으면 5년 숙성의 어린 활기와 61.7도 알코올의 강한 힘이 입안을 가득 채운다. 갯내음과 후추 스파이스, 옅은 꿀이 입천장을 또렷이 덮는다. 클럽 리저브 릴리즈답게 토라베이그 특유의 거친 해풍이 그대로 비친다. 삼킨 뒤 따라가는 여운에서 스모크와 미네랄 잔향이 한참 머문다.

With water: it is still very medicinal, and I'm sure this would certainly cure any rheumatisms (just a couple of rubdowns et voilà), but more fruits and fresh almonds and hazelnuts are popping out as well.
