버번 배럴 10년이 남긴 흔적은 바닐라 한 겹 정도로 얇다. 그 대신 젖은 재와 연기가 노즈를 곧게 관통하고 사과 껍질의 산미가 끝에 붙는다. 팰럿은 훈연과 열대 과실이 짧게 교차한 뒤 그을음으로 정리되며, 43도의 도수가 자극을 눌러 편하게 넘어간다. 끝맛은 마른 재가 잡아준다. 구조가 단순하고 명확하다.
