노즈의 폭은 좁지만 초점이 분명하다. 재와 연기가 거의 전부이고 바닐라는 뒤에서 겨우 비치며, 사이더 사과의 뉘앙스가 카올 일라의 표식처럼 남는다. 화이트 와인에 가까운 옅은 색이 말해주듯 캐러멜의 개입도 크지 않다. 팰럿은 재와 그을음이 중심에 서고 배와 파인애플의 어린 과일 맛이 잠깐 스친다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 건조하며 재의 뒷맛이 오래 남는다.
