노즈는 균형이 단단하다. 청사과의 산뜻함이 먼저 드러나고 그 뒤로 굴과 훈제 생선, 벽난로의 재 냄새가 이어지며 해안가 증류소의 성격이 명확하게 나타난다. 팰럿에서는 바닐라의 둥근 맛이 잠깐 비친 뒤 숯과 바닷물, 초록 올리브, 옅은 고추의 매운기가 차례로 발전한다. 12년 숙성 43도 구성치고 밀도가 좋고, 피니시는 길고 상큼하며 짠맛이 뒷맛에 또렷이 깃들어 있다.
