연한 금빛이 잔 안에서 부드럽게 흔들린다. 켈프와 해변의 모래, 버터 퍼지의 둥근 단내가 먼저 열리고 익힌 달콤한 와인의 기운이 뒤를 감싼다. 43도의 입은 훈연과 퍼지가 나란히 도착한 뒤 소금과 마데이라 같은 마른 단맛으로 옮겨간다. 여운은 토피와 소금 감초, 요오드와 담뱃잎으로 정돈된다.
