테이스팅 노트
흐린 호박빛이 잔을 얕게 물들인다. 리필 셰리 버트에서 11년을 보낸 뒤 냉각여과 없이 담긴 이 1989년 카올일라는 셰리의 흔적을 크게 앞세우지 않는다. 다시마와 젖은 모래의 바다 향 사이로 버터 퍼지의 단내가 얹힌다. 입에서는 훈연과 소금기가 먼저 서고 마데이라를 닮은 마른 단맛이 뒤따르며 두꺼운 질감으로 흐른다. 여운에는 토피와 소금 감초, 요오드와 담뱃잎의 기운이 깊게 머문다.
