테이스팅 노트
옅은 금빛이 잔 속에서 잔잔히 일렁인다. 1989년 원액이 버번 배럴에서 10년을 보낸 이 보틀링의 향은 뜻밖에 부드럽다. 다시마와 모래사장의 바다 냄새 뒤로 버터 퍼지와 졸인 단맛 와인의 기운이 얕게 번진다. 입에서는 훈연과 퍼지가 함께 도착해 소금기를 두른 채 묵직하게 입을 채운다. 여운은 퍼지와 토피로 시작해 소금 감초로 바뀌고 요오드와 흙, 담뱃잎의 인상이 끝에 남는다.
