테이스팅 노트
잔을 가볍게 돌리면 텍사스 햇살을 머금은 진한 호박빛이 잔 벽을 천천히 미끄러진다. 코끝에 가져가면 새 미국 오크의 짙은 캐러멜과 토니 포트 피니시의 무화과, 건포도 향이 차례로 다가온다. 한 모금을 머금으면 53.5도의 두꺼운 단맛이 입천장을 묵직하게 채우며 시나몬과 다크 초콜릿, 옅은 자두를 풀어놓는다. 삼키면 포트의 와인 단맛이 길게 이어진다.
