노즈에서는 텍사스의 더운 기후에서 빠르게 숙성된 뉴 아메리칸 오크의 강렬한 바닐라와 캐러멜이 먼저 두드러진다. 팰럿은 옥수수 중심 매시빌답게 달콤하고 기름지며 메이플 시럽과 구운 옥수수가 또렷하게 펼쳐진다. 피니시는 오크 탄닌과 계피가 중간 길이로 남는다. 3년 숙성이지만 더운 풍토 덕에 농축된 구조감을 갖춘 개리슨 브라더스 스트레이트 버번이다.
