황금빛이 잔에 부드럽게 비친다. 오래 묵은 약초 리큐어와 낡은 종이, 갓 칠한 페인트와 파슬리의 향이 이어지며 이탄 연기는 뜻밖에 뒤로 물러나 있다. 31년을 보낸 원액이라기엔 놀랍도록 푸른 성격이다. 48.1도의 입은 신선하고 풋풋해서 허브와 풀, 초록빛 향신료가 앞서고 퍼티 같은 수지의 감촉이 그 뒤를 채운다. 여운은 중간 길이로 잎사귀와 수액의 인상을 남기며 조용히 사그라든다.
