테이스팅 노트
잔을 코끝에 가져가면 처음에는 시고 버터 같은 향이 앞서 조금 무뚝뚝하게 느껴진다. 물을 몇 방울 떨어뜨리고 다시 돌리면 타르와 바다 냄새가 크게 열리고 갓 깐 아몬드와 생조개가 뒤따른다. 55.9도를 머금는 순간 향과 달리 레몬과 이탄이 시원하게 터지고 키위와 라임, 레몬밤이 이어진다. 삼킨 뒤에는 송진 같은 짠맛과 레몬 마멀레이드가 길게 남는다.

A tad sourer and more lemony and buttery, without the exceptional crispiness that the 1966 displayed. Some tarry notes, still. With water: gets very tarry now, and more maritime as well. Loads of fresh almonds and raw clams. Wet newspapers
