노즈는 바닷물에 가깝다고 할 만큼 짜고 신선하다. 숯 같은 훈연이 곧게 서고 군더더기가 거의 없어 43도라는 도수가 오히려 이 스피릿에 정확히 맞아 보인다. 팰럿은 대단히 건조하며 재의 인상이 강하고 굴 같은 해안의 짠맛이 그 위에 얹힌다. 과일의 단맛은 거의 드러나지 않아 구조가 뼈대만 남은 형태다. 피니시는 길고 더 짜지며 요오드와 약재 뉘앙스가 마지막을 지배한다.
