테이스팅 노트
엷은 금빛이 잔 벽을 따라 느리게 흘러내린다. 1982년에 증류해 호그스헤드에서 30년을 보낸 이 보틀링은 향부터 두꺼운 페놀의 결을 보여 준다. 귤 껍질과 훈제 생선, 마른 건초와 양모의 기름기가 이탄 연기 위에 겹겹이 쌓인다. 51.7도의 입은 예리하면서도 약재 쪽으로 깊게 기울고 물을 더하면 오래된 정비소의 기름과 그리스 같은 인상이 둥글게 풀린다. 여운은 소금기 어린 감초로 넉넉하게 이어진다.
