테이스팅 노트
옅은 황금빛이 잔에 고르게 퍼진다. 첫 향은 기름지고 페놀릭한 럼을 떠올리게 할 만큼 진해서 잠시 몰트라는 사실을 잊게 하다가 귤과 훈제 청어, 곧은 이탄 연기가 합류하며 제자리를 찾는다. 30년을 보낸 이 원액은 입에서 더 또렷하게 조각되어 약재 같은 쌉쌀함이 앞선다. 51.7도라는 도수가 기름과 휘발유 같은 페놀의 결을 부드럽게 열어 준다. 여운은 짭짤한 감초의 맛으로 길게 이어진다.
