테이스팅 노트
노즈는 훈연과 광물성이 앞서는 쪽이다. 젖은 점토와 백묵, 오래된 책, 마른 짚이 차례로 드러나고 아마인유와 옅은 파프리카, 민트가 뒤를 잇는다. 향만 보면 29년의 시간이 만든 섬세함이 뚜렷하다. 다만 팰럿은 57.1도라는 표기보다 힘이 약하게 읽히며 사과와 옅게 우린 차, 종이 같은 인상으로 물러선다. 피니시는 짧게 끝나 향과 입 사이의 간극이 이 보틀링의 성격을 규정한다.

weaker, quite tired, on apples and lightly infused tea. Cardboard. Too bad. Very short finish. Very nice nose but almost no palate I’m afraid. 72 points . Caol Ila 1968 (57%, Samaroli, oval label, 1980's)
