아주 옅은 화이트 와인빛이 잔에 투명하게 담긴다. 향은 바닷물에 바짝 다가서 있고 숯의 마른 기운이 빈틈없이 채워져 있어 43도라는 낮은 도수가 오히려 잘 어울린다. 입은 건조하고 정직해서 잿가루와 생굴의 짠맛이 앞서고 과실의 단맛은 거의 비치지 않는다. 1982년 빈티지의 곧은 성격이 그대로 드러난다. 여운은 길고 점점 더 짜지며 요오드와 소독약의 약재 인상으로 마무리된다.
