테이스팅 노트
잔을 가까이 하면 일본 히로시마의 사쿠라오답게 퍼스트필 셰리가 더한 건포도와 호두, 다크초콜릿 향이 명확하게 드러난다. 2018년 증류해 4년을 보낸 어린 원액에 셰리의 짙은 단맛이 배었다. 입에서는 무화과와 캐러멜, 옅은 정향이 발전하며 54도의 힘이 받친다. 중반부에는 견과의 고소함이 구조감을 더한다. 피니시는 마른 과일과 카카오가 길게 이어진다.
