테이스팅 노트
잔을 코끝에 대는 순간 놀랄 만큼 산뜻한 레몬 보리차와 해바라기유가 먼저 열린다. 모래사장과 분필, 훈제 소금이 뒤를 잇고 백단향과 솔방울이 은은하게 깔린다. 오크 캐스크에서 24년을 보낸 43도를 머금으면 기름진 질감 위로 훈제한 풍선껌 같은 독특한 단맛과 마른 타라곤이 스친다. 삼킨 뒤에는 퍼티와 점토, 엘더플라워가 이어지며 여운을 길게 끌고 간다.
