향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
황금빛이 잔 안에 조용하게 어린다. 향은 처음에 풀냄새로 조심스럽게 시작해 자작나무 장작 연기와 사이다 사과, 레몬즙으로 폭을 넓힌다. 26년을 보낸 원액에서 갓 증류한 듯한 곡물의 기척이 남아 있다는 점이 흥미롭다. 56.1도의 입은 오히려 달고 크리미해서 이탄과 설탕에 절인 레몬이 정확히 균형을 이루고 얼그레이의 향긋함이 뒤를 받친다. 여운은 길고 달며 귤의 과실감으로 마무리된다.

sweeter, bold, creamy, with beautiful balance. Maybe not very complex but the peat and crystallised lemons combo works perfectly well. Earl grey tea. Hints of strawberries
