희미한 초록빛이 감도는 화이트 와인 색이 잔에 맑게 담긴다. 향은 훈제한 루바브와 사이다용 사과에서 시작해 박하 리큐어와 아니스, 해초의 갯내로 번지며 놀라울 만큼 또렷하게 갈라진다. 1974년 원액을 43도로 낮춘 덕에 입은 순수하게 열리고 아몬드와 마지팬, 참기름의 고소함 위로 짠 이탄이 겹친다. 여운은 중간 길이로 구두약과 사과, 바닷물의 인상을 남기며 서서히 흐려진다.
