향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
투명에 가까운 화이트 와인빛이 잔에 얕게 담긴다. 61.1도의 첫 향은 액체가 된 연기라 불러도 좋을 만큼 압도적이다. 물을 더하면 그 아래에서 효모와 갓 구운 바게트, 오트밀 죽 같은 곡물의 결이 드러난다. 입에서는 짠맛과 시트러스가 그을음과 정확히 균형을 이루고 희석하면 훈제한 라임즙처럼 산뜻해진다. 여운은 아주 길게 이어지며 라임과 연기가 끝까지 함께 간다.
