향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈는 외치기보다 속삭이는 쪽이다. 장미 꽃잎과 말린 오렌지 껍질, 피스타치오 시럽 같은 단 향이 앞서고 피트는 이미 완전히 소화되어 굴 껍데기 같은 짠 미네랄로만 남았다. 팰럿에서는 그 짠맛이 수지 같은 질감과 만나 잉크와 가구용 왁스, 조개류의 뉘앙스로 발전한다. 40도지만 얇지 않고 오히려 결이 촘촘하다. 피니시는 영원하진 않으나 짠 수지와 옅은 훈연이 또렷이 깃들어 있다.
