테이스팅 노트
노즈는 셰리의 흔적이 앞서 왁스와 랑시오, 오렌지 마멀레이드가 차례로 드러난다. 1969년 스피릿답게 훈연은 전면에 나서지 않고 볶은 커피와 마른 가죽 뒤에서 은은하게 비친다. 팰럿은 40도임에도 후추가 강하게 치고 들어오며 익힌 사과와 정향이 뒤를 잇는다. 화려하기보다 밀도 있게 뭉친 구조로, 세스탄테의 크리스털 디캔터가 담아낸 시대의 감각이 그대로 남아 있다. 피니시는 길고 굵게 이어진다.
