테이스팅 노트
40도라는 낮은 도수에도 노즈는 놀랄 만큼 밀도가 높다. 연고와 오일, 왁스, 오래된 허브 리큐어가 하나로 녹아들어 개별 향을 분리하기 어려울 정도로 통합되어 있다. 팰럿은 처음엔 얇을까 싶다가 훈연한 소금 버터 캐러멜 같은 단맛으로 단단하게 열린다. 세스탄테가 담아낸 이 16년 카올 일라는 힘 대신 결로 승부하는 구조다. 피니시는 짧은 편이지만 베르가못과 훈제 생선, 재가 또렷이 깃들어 있다.
