화이트 와인처럼 투명한 빛이 잔 속에 맑게 비친다. 65.3도라는 극단적인 도수에도 향은 흐트러짐 없이 정갈해서 흑연과 조개, 해바라기씨 기름과 소나무 재가 또렷하게 갈라진다. 세스탄테가 병입한 이 15년은 입에서 잿가루와 레몬즙이 뒤섞이고 그 사이로 경유 같은 기름진 인상이 스친다. 물을 더하면 오히려 단순하고 순수해진다. 여운은 길고 왁스처럼 매끈하게 가라앉는다.
