호주 태즈매니아의 청량한 공기 속에서 자란 위스키답게 잔 안에는 옅은 황금빛이 잠겨 있다. 헬리어스 로드 증류소가 6년의 짧은 숙성 동안 호주 특유의 부드러운 곡물 단맛과 잘 익은 과일의 결을 빚어낸다. 70.1도 캐스크 스트렝스가 풀바디로 입을 강렬하게 채운다. 코에는 카라멜, 꿀, 잘 익은 사과가 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 입안에서는 시나몬과 따뜻한 우드, 옅은 트로피컬 과일이 차례로 발전한다. 끝자락에 단맛과 우드가 길게 머문다.
