아메리칸 오크 엑스버번 배럴 안에서 2002년부터 18년의 시간을 보낸 헬리어스 로드는 호주 태즈메이니아 위스키의 골격을 단단히 짜 놓는다. 향에서는 바닐라 크림과 토피, 옅은 유칼립투스 잎의 청량함이 나란히 풍긴다. 입안에서는 60.6도의 두꺼운 질감으로 흐르며 견과류와 꿀, 가벼운 후추가 차례로 드러난다. 짙은 호박빛 끝에 따스한 오크 여운이 길게 이어진다.

Many sauces and dishes from Thailand or why not Bali, garam masala, coriander, more coconut water, puréed avocado perhaps, sour spices… Now it’s a tricky baby, you would believe you could down it like that and forget about the high strength.
