테이스팅 노트
노즈는 젖은 해조류와 켈프의 짠 기운에서 출발해 녹차에 띄운 레몬 조각, 샌달우드, 타르 추출액으로 발전한다. 25년의 시간이 피트 연기를 얇게 눌러 놓아 향은 힘을 안으로 감은 형태로 드러난다. 팰럿은 61.9도의 도수가 밀어 올린 훈제 파프리카와 미소, 타르, 요오드가 강하게 몰아친다. 물을 더하면 질감이 오히려 두꺼워지고 레몬 껍질과 캐모마일이 살아난다. 피니시는 기름지고 타르 같은 피트가 길게 이어진다.
