테이스팅 노트
잔을 흔들면 화이트 와인에 가까운 옅은 빛이 얇게 번진다. 코를 가져가면 갓 구운 크루아상 반죽과 사과 콤포트가 올라오고, 라이 위스키 캐스크의 향신료가 어린 스피릿의 풋내를 눌러 준다. 한 모금 머금으면 라임즙처럼 날카로운 산미가 혀 옆면을 찌르고, 물을 타면 회향씨와 아니스가 드러난다. 삼킨 뒤 뒤늦게 올라오는 60.7도의 연기가 여섯 해라는 나이를 잊게 만든다.
