테이스팅 노트
오랜 시간을 지낸 것치고는 옅은 밀짚빛이 잔 속에 담담하게 잠겨 있다. 콘크리트 가루와 찻잎, 설익은 가죽 같은 낯선 향이 먼저 나타나 코를 헷갈리게 한다. 입에서는 1984년에 증류된 30년의 원액이 풀빛의 서늘함과 짠 감초, 훈연을 함께 밀어 올린다. 럼 캐스크에서 마무리한 흔적은 사탕수수의 옅은 단맛으로만 스치듯 드러난다. 여운은 설탕을 탄 훈연차처럼 중간 길이로 남는다.
