짙은 황금빛이 잔 안에서 윤기를 띤다. 폐쇄된 하이랜드 그레인 카스브릿지가 1979년 빈티지로부터 27년의 시간을 보낸 흔적이 들꽃 꿀과 잘 익은 바나나, 옅은 향나무로 코를 끌어당긴다. 60도의 강한 도수가 입안에서 캐러멜과 시나몬, 옅은 흰 후추를 단단하게 흐른다. 던컨 테일러 레어 올드가 들려주는 사라진 그레인 증류소의 깊은 균형감이 길게 머문다.
