호그스헤드에서 16년을 보낸 숙성이 쿨 일라의 정갈한 훈연을 또렷하게 다듬었다. 향에서는 바다 내음과 레몬, 옅은 모닥불 연기가 산뜻하게 올라온다. 59.2도의 한 모금은 그을린 보리와 올리브 오일, 짭조름한 미네랄이 깔끔하게 흐른다. 옅은 밀짚빛의 이 보틀링은 2007년에 병입되었고, 여운에서 재와 시트러스, 해풍의 짠맛이 길고 산뜻하게 이어진다.
