향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
첫 향은 예상보다 뜨겁고 풍성하다. 럼과 바나나 플랑베를 연상시키는 달큰함이 앞서고 뒤이어 약재 같은 뉘앙스가 올라오되 피트는 의외로 조심스럽다. 팰럿은 59.8도의 힘을 그대로 실어 달고 진하게 밀려오며 호두 리큐어와 파인애플의 과실감이 겹친다. 물을 더하면 크리미한 흙내와 레몬 피트가 크게 열린다. 피니시는 매우 길고 상큼한 감귤 껍질이 끝을 잡는 1981년 빈티지다.

rather richer and hotter at first nosing, with even a little rum and bananas flambéed. Gets rather more medicinal after that but the peatiness is quite discreet yet again. Notes of warm brioche and vanilla custard… With water: always these hints of white rum but the rest is all on a ‘traditional’ coastal and sooty profile. Quite beautiful, especially if you like ‘smoky marzipan’ (yeah, should that exist)

bang! Powerful and very rich, candied, sweet, fruity… More peat than in the nose when neat but it’s still no peat monster. A little walnut liqueur and pineapple liqueur. This one is playful. With water: creamy, earthy and lemony peat. Big peat now, in fact – and bags of ashes

very long, zesty, very close to the BBR even if there’s less salt/brine in this one
