노즈는 부드럽고 여유롭다. 풋호두와 오래된 사과, 시트론이 앞서고 마데이라와 레드 와인 피니시가 남긴 만사니야 같은 짭짤한 뉘앙스가 뒤를 받친다. 팰럿 초반에는 성냥 탄내가 스치지만 곧 호두 머스터드와 바닷물, 재가 자리를 잡아 오히려 개성으로 읽힌다. 물을 더하면 백묵과 피트 스모크로 정리된다. 피니시는 길고 날카로우며 재가 넉넉하게 남는 12년 숙성 블렌디드 스카치다.
