잔을 천천히 돌리면 밝은 황금빛이 잔 벽에 윤기 있는 막을 남긴다. 코끝으로 가져가면 서른 해 묵은 그레인 위스키다운 바닐라와 코코넛, 옅은 카라멜 향이 부드럽게 올라온다. 1987년 증류한 덤바턴을 한 모금 머금으면 리필 배럴의 달콤한 토피와 크림, 가벼운 오크 스파이스가 56.5도의 힘으로 혀 위에서 번진다. 삼키면 바닐라와 견과의 잔향이 입안에 천천히 가라앉는다.
