테이스팅 노트
노즈의 첫인상은 폐쇄된 피티베이크의 묵직한 곡물과 마른 과일 향이다. 1988년 증류해 28년을 보낸 만큼 견과와 가죽, 옅은 향신료가 천천히 발전한다. 51.5도의 도수에서 입은 보리 단맛과 호두, 마른 자두가 균형 있게 흐른다. 피니시는 마른 오크와 향신료로 길게 이어진다. 사라진 증류소다운 거친 무게감이 또렷한 구조감으로 드러난다.
